Start with this: You have absolutely no idea what you’re capable of.
What does You Maximized even look like? Come on, what astonishing place do you really want to go with your life? What astonishing place do you want to lead others to? And isn’t it time you got on with it?
At Resonance Institute, we believe that every half-realized potential is a potential that could have benefited twice as many people as it did. We’re not OK with that – and our guess is, you’re not, either. Our principles and training modules are designed to poke, prod, equip, and unleash your fullest leadership potential, without shallow packaging and without apologies.
We’re not talking about titles or hype here. We’re talking about a leadership that resonates far beyond the lifetimes that carry it.

THE FOUR P’s of LEADERSHIP
By Tony Cunningham
Going before … Taking others from Point A to Point B … Striking out for a destination and inspiring people to follow. That’s the definition of leadership, and true leadership begins to emerge when these four components are in place.
PREPARE
A. Your mind - We’re intellectually lazy as a culture. Instead, think ahead about what you will do or say at your next appointment, meeting or meal. When we fail to do this, we let our feelings control our minds … and that gets dangerous.
B. Your body - We sometimes care for our body – or don’t – as though our physical well-being has little bearing on our performance. The opposite, of course, is true. It doesn’t matter how well you’ve prepared your report, your presentation, your work … if your body isn’t ready to deliver the goods.
C. Your spirit - If you get there mentally and physically but are out-of-sync spiritually, the bus crashes. And it might take a few of your team members with it.
PERFORM
A. Consistently - In most cases, doing the deed once isn’t really doing the deed. Become one who can be counted on at a high standard.
B. Crucial - In any opportunity, there is a crucial act that can swing everything. Look for those chances. Be that performer, and cultivate it in those you lead.
C. Courageously - Be ready to do the thing that’s never been done before. And be ready to withstand the doubts and criticisms of others along the way.
PROMPT
A. With love - A well-loved son will outperform a well-paid servant every time. Prompt an effect in other people with your thoughtful treatment of them.
B. With your life - Your life should demand an explanation. It should stir up vision and passion.
C. With your lips - Speak the truth and encouragement that spurs others along.
PROVE
* If you want to trust your leadership, trust the course you’re charting, and trust you, you’re going to have to prove it. Prove it by bearing good fruit.
PARTING SHOT
Being a leader doesn’t mean that you get to control other people; they, of course, will choose for themselves. Stirring them toward the destination with your own preparation, example and encouragement is the better road.
